Thank you for your interest in joining the TDG Health Research Panel (the "Panel"), operated by DocDelta Inc (referred to herein as "TDGHealth, " "we, " "our, " or "us").
By joining the Panel, participating in our surveys and research or using our website (the "Site") you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy ("Policy").
This Policy governs our collection, use, sharing, and storage of your Personal Information in connection with your use of the Site, your membership in the Panel, and your participation in any survey or study administered in connection with your Panel membership (collectively, the "Services").
As used in this Policy, the term "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household.
NFORMATION COLLECTION
("Information You Provide") You can register for our Panel by signing up directly on the Site, or by responding to an invitation to a survey or research engagement email.
As part of the registration process we may collect Personal Information necessary to create your account and verify your identity, such as your name, email address, residential and business address, gender, education history, and payment preference information as well as other additional documentation to verify your identity and professional information.
We may also collect data from online survey questionnaires (e.g., information concerning your patient panel size and de-identified characteristics, prescribing habits, professional responsibilities, and institution details). These questions may vary greatly depending on the needs of our clients and profiling targeted for surveys. You may also participate in real-time web or in-person focus groups or interviews in connection with your Panel membership. In these cases, we may collect photos, video and audio of you. In such instances, we will get your explicit consent before recording your interview.
In all of the above scenarios, you will know what Personal Information we're collecting because you provide it to us directly.
("Information Automatically Collected") - We and our third party suppliers may also collect information from your interactions with our Service such as what pages you access and your interactions with our Service features. Example of this information includes but is not limited to log records of those interactions, your Internet Protocol address, location data, information about your device (such as device or browser type), and exit page/referral information etc. Our Service may also use cookie and pixel tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Services, and understanding how visitors use the Services. Cookies can also help customize the Services for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. ("Information from Other Sources") - We obtain information from other third party sources about our panelists. These third party sources vary over time, but have included or may include: Data brokers, Publicly-available sources such as open government databases or other data in the public domain including the internet.
USES & SHARING OF INFORMATION
We use the Information you provide, The information automatically collected and the Information from Other sources in order to give you the best possible experience using TDG Health and we use this information to:
TDG Health may share your account information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
Information we gather from other sources is used to administer, provide, evaluate and improve the Service as well as to create new products and services.
We may share personal information we gather with: Customers, prospective customers, business and data partners, companies that perform services with us including digital advertising platforms, providers of hardware and software services relating to billing and payments, and other unaffiliated third parties and partners for their own marketing purposes.
We may also share the information we gather from other sources in any other circumstances where we are otherwise permitted by law to share.
DATA SECURITY
TDG Health uses high trust third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Amazon & IBM for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run TDG Health. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure, however, no data stored or transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you're responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account.
CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If you are a child under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use the Site and should not send any information about yourself to us through the Site.
If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately at the information provided in the "send us a message" section below.
MODIFYING OR DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you are a consumer and you do not want content about you included on our platform, you can contact privacy@TDGHealth.com and we will suppress your information from being accessed via our platform. However this pertains to the TDG Health database only and not to other DocDelta owned entities and third party data providers and companies that already have this data.
If you have a TDG Health account, you can access, modify your personal information, or delete your account. To protect information from accidental or malicious destruction, we may maintain residual copies for a brief time period. But, if you delete your account, your information and content will be unrecoverable after that time. TDG Health may preserve and maintain copies of your information when required to do so by law.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some of the content that you see displayed on TDG Health is not hosted by TDG Health. These embedded content including links to third party websites and surveys are hosted by a third-party and embedded or linked in the TDG Health platform. Clicking on or interacting with these links is not covered by this privacy policy. TDG Health does not control what data third parties collect in cases like this, or what they will do with it. They are covered by the privacy policy of the third-party service.
